We help design, build, and operate IT systems in support of U.S. national security every day.

Using modern operating systems and network architectures, our system administrators run the most critical systems supporting intelligence, warfighter tasking, and enterprise-wide operations.

Some of the tasking a SecureTech Professional System Administrator may experience:
  • Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems
  • Manage the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems
  • Provide assistance to users in accessing and using IT systems
  • Provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.
  • Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems
  • Provide support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers
  • Optimize system operations and resource utilization, and perform system capacity analysis and planning 
To get started in this exciting opportunity, you need a TS/SCI clearance with at least a CI polygraph. You need a Bachelor's degree in a technical field and a minimum of five (5) years of system administration experience - or ten (10) years of experience without the degree. (Certification at DoD 8570 IAT level I [Sec+] would be helpful).

You need at least one (1) year of demonstrated experience in system security authorizations, architecture development and design, and risk assessments and IA metrics gathering.
