Qualifications:
Minimum five (5) years engineering experience.
Within the last seven (7) years, minimum five (5) years experience in at least 4 of these specializations (A BS degree in engineering, telecommunications, or related technical field may be substituted for experience in one specialization):
Signal Analysis; Telecom Systems and Networks, Telephony Switching; Communications Systems; Cellular/PCS; TDM/PCM Multiplexing / Modulating Systems; Packet Switching Systems; Systems Engineering; Operating Systems; Advanced Protocols (SIP, MPLS, ASON, OTN, etc.).
Within the last five (5) years:
A minimum three (3) years experience in integration, development, testing or installation.
A minimum three (3) years experience in a leadership position providing technical supervision to other engineering personnel.

Requirements:
The selected candidate will support system integrations, deployments, and sustaining production products.  A BS in a technical field is required, and an MS is highly desired.  The selected candidate should have extensive SIGINT experience and previous software system integration experience.  The candidate will be responsible for engineering activities to include system design, procurement, integration, test, deployment, and documentation.  On-call support is required.  A background in telecommunications is required, as is working knowledge of SDH signals.  Experience with basic administration of Linux and Windows computer networks, as well as experience with basic networking concepts are desired.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate amongst team members, and provide status updates to team leads
• Ability to provide technical details targeted to the audiences level of technical understanding
 Must meet all requirement of the Senior Engineer Labor Category.  This position requires ECIs prior to Program Start.  Requirements to obtain ECI includes polygraph within the last year.  All Candidates must be current employees (no contingent hires) for security processing which can be lengthy.
