Configuration Management needed to support our Intelligence Community customer in efforts to secure national security systems.

Do you have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
  • Six (6) years experience as a CM in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Four (4) years of additional configuration management experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree. (U)If assigned to a developmental program, one (1) year of experience using a source code control system for a developmental program of similar scope and complexity is required.
  • The candidate will assist several teams in updating and implementing CM plans, participate in Engineering and Change Control Board meetings, and standardize documentation and processes. 
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive CM experience in a Systems Engineering environment, and work well with diverse teams as well as on their own. 
  • As a Configuration Manager you will be responsible for configuration management (CM) of developmental and operational systems.
  • The right candidate will work on developmental and operational teams to create and maintain configuration baselines supporting developmental and operational systems.
  • You will use or recommend automated configuration management tools to implement configuration management policies and procedures.
  • You will modify configuration management plans, policies, and procedures tailored to the complexity and scope of the developmental or operational system. 
  • You will use your six years (6) of configuration management experience to implement the configuration management discipline for the entire life cycle of systems from initial requirements/capabilities baselines to system end-of-life.
