Needed expertise/skills:
·        TS/SCI With Full Scope Polygraph (required)
·        The Joint Capabilities for Security & Cl (JCSC) program represents the merging of the counterintelligence mission to detect threats with Capabilities mission to secure the Agency's information systems, thereby creating a unique fusion of security and counterintelligence principles into a stronger network defense partnership.
·        Candidates will support the foundational development and execution of the JCSC program. The deliverables will support the management and execution of the program to include oversight reporting, leadership awareness, and management and execution of schedule and resources to meet the JCSC program needs.
·        Candidates will be responsible for creating the following documents: CONOP, Operational Capability Statement, Functional Requirements Document, System Requirements Allocation, Requirements Verification and Traceability Matrix, standard operating procedures, DODAF architecture products, and system specifications.
