Here's what you will do:
Directly support the USCYBERCOM CIO
 - analyzing current DoD cybersecurity policies, processes, capabilities, authorities, and architectures for applicability to USCYBERCOM C4/IT systems, processes, and CIO responsibilities.
Assess higher level policy and develop USCYBERCOM CIO and cybersecurity policies IAW higher level policy. Assess gaps in existing USCYBERCOM policy and propose amendments to existing policy or new policy to address these gaps. Participates in the development and implementation of enterprise-level (Command, Service, DoD, or Federal Government-wide) policy directives and other guidance materials. Disseminates policy directives throughout the Command, including the development of supplemental guidance materials essential to ensure affected organizations’ understanding of implications for their operations, and full and proper implementation.
Perform other staff work related to cybersecurity of USCYBERCOM systems, CIO Boards and Panels, Policy analysis and development, and follow-on activities as assigned.
 
Here's what you need:
You need a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or other related discipline, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Cyberspace Policy or a related functional area. You also need to have IAM level II certification (CAP, CASP CE, CISM, CISSP, GSLC).
