Support hardware solutions program management office (PMO) with acquisition and procurement documentation related to work provided by outside contractors under a Broad Area Announcement effort. Work with the PMO to obtain quotes, and complete relevant supporting documentation (sole source justification, power space and cooling exemptions, acquisition security forms, procurement authorization, etc).
- Provide support to government program manager, and business financial manager to ensure timely execution of financial and contract actions (i.e. completion of requisition packages, updates to spend plans). Track outstanding actions and potential delays to completion of requisition packages. Interface with outside contractors and government team to ensure completion of all actions in a timely manner.
- Aid in financial reporting providing oversight to program for record and incoming MIPR funds. Update internal tracking tools for program manager and financial review meetings. Maintain status of requirement and provide feedback and advice as required for acquisition related issues.
Must be proficient in use of FACTS.
Twelve (12) years of demonstrated combined experience in DOD acquisition management, program management, and/or contract management is required. In lieu of the Bachelor’s degree, Project Management Institute PMP certification, or Contract Manager CPCM certification, or DAWIA Level III in any other focus area, and an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of Fifteen (15) years may be substituted

A Bachelor’s Degree in an acquisition related field and professional certification at any level from a recognized institution is desired but not required
Project Management Institute PMP certification, or Contract Manager CPCM certification, or DAWIA Level III in any other focus area
